In Namibia he poured the most expensive champagne on the body of a model, in South Africa he ate Sushi off a model’s half naked body and on Saturday at the Mavuso Sports Bar he marked his debut appearance in the country by pouring and sprinkling champagne on running bike engines.
This is none other than South Africa’s multimillionaire businessman and socialite of note Kenny Kunene known as the ‘Sushi King’.
The flamboyant Club ZAR owner was the main guest during the Bikers Party held at the Mavuso Sports Bar on Saturday evening.
As expected Kenny was being chauffeured in a Porsche Panamera 4S and escorted by a convoy that comprised Range Rover, X6 M sport BMW, 6 series BMW and a Mercedes Benz S600.
At the VIP table where Kenny and his business partner Gayton McKenzie were seated, there was no beer in sight. Only bottles of expensive whisky were littered on the table from Johnny Walker, Jameson and the expensive Moet Champagne.
The moment you entered the VIP section, you could smell money.
Soon after Kunene’s arrival he met with the Minister of Tourism Macford Sibandze before taking to the stage where he announced; “Today, you are going to see how Kenny Kunene parties”.
While on stage, he called model Zandi Maseko to join him on stage and that caught everybody’s attention because they immediately thought the ‘Sushi king’ was about to do what he has become known for.
By then, bikers had already started revving their bikes.
A Harley Davidson motorbike was taken to the stage and two models positioned themselves on top. The bikers revved the bike with the models still positioned while Kunene poured and sprinkled champagne on its engine.
Thereafter, Kunene and his ‘monied’ friends went on to enjoy their expensive champagne and danced.
The event had the cream of beautiful women while others took the opportunity to pose with the ‘Sushi King’.
Kunene was truly the ‘life’ of the party.

...‘Sushi King’ sings for fans

KENNY Kunene poses the most remarkable character.
He is making waves and there is no stopping him.
After his widespread sushi and champagne stories, who would have thought that he can also sing?
“Through all the countries I have visited before, I have never sung on stage. This is a song I have recorded with South African Durban kwaito group Big Nuz. It’s a killer song,” he said before singing.
The title of the song is ‘Sidla Ama million’. The song talks about Kunene’s wealth, the cars he drives, the places he goes and his club, the ZAR.
